I am giving them 2 stars because of my phone experience. While Donna is awesome her office manager is NOT!!! She identified herself as the office manager and refused to give her name. All wanted to know if I could pick up my prescription as I am changing pharmacies. She argued with me that it wasn't necessary, yet the new pharmacy wanted it. This is probably the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They have no compassion for their clients and they’re beyond rude. I understand if you don’t take walk-ins on certain days, but when you walk in with a problem and just want someone to just look at your ankle that’s swollen and bruised. Very rude and incompetent help that answer phone and no real doctor ever on staff.
Excellent service and personal care. The weight loss program is a huge success for us. As long as you change your diet and take on a very strong mindset and will power you can do it. Beginning weight in Jan. 2024, 314lbs. As of Sept 25th. 2024, 214 lbs. Update: as of today, 3/19/2025 I weighed in at 185 lbs. I'm nearly there. Goal Weight is 175. If I can do it. So can you,!
