Great staff, very patient and kind
They are usually very gentle here, quick, and efficient.
Daughter pregnant with twins. Obvious signs of pre-eclampsia...was told it was normal. Ankles swollen to almost cracking...was told, "bless your heart". Fortunately was in Knoxville when water broke...receptionist told her she just peed herself. Was told by said receptionist that they would call her with instructions. My instructions to her were to get her A$$ to the ER in UT. Thankfully she was taken care of there but was severely scolded for letting her get like this...the doctors kept calling Greenville to get her records... read more

Been going for years, when Nov 4,2022 had to wait for 30 minutes. They called other people back before me,when i said something about it they act like it was a mistake and upset because i said something. Never felt comfortable with screening.
