I scheduled an appointment for a tongue piercing weeks in advance, only for the person behind the counter to tell me the piercer in on the day that I had scheduled for a tongue piercing wasn't able to perform one. I would understand if I was a walk in, but as I mentioned I scheduled weeks in advance! What's the point of having a scheduling system if you let people schedule piercings for days the proper piercer won't even be in?? Wasted so much time driving up. Great service and a wide variety of quality jewelry
The receptionist & Vega, are sweet :) they care about their clients & are professional. They helped me with my forward helix piercing. Quality store, APP quality without being overpriced. Vega has worked at APP affiliated shops :) they also have guest piercers from those shops. They got quality jewelry from BVLA, Neometal, and etc. You could bring your own too. Overall vibe of the store is calming♥︎ My other go to :D Visit if you want to experience a professional environment.
I don’t like to leave reviews but I’m super disappointed :( I went in to get tooth gems on two teeth and I was told they’re meant to last at least two weeks. They fell off the same day and I ended up calling to ask when someone would be in so I could get it fixed. I go in to get them redone and again, my gems fall off the day after when I was eating something pretty soft and trying to be extra careful with the gems as well.
