I had a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly, made sure I had eaten beforehand, and kept the vibe calm and professional. I felt really safe and taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re nervous or getting your first piercing!
After Waiting a week after purchase, I contacted them to find out why my product wasn’t sent!? Paid $10.95 extra for priority shipping and the product had never been shipped! Product wasn’t available. They never contacted me to inform me of the delay. Did not label their product out of stock! Poor communication and website!!
