Had a very good experience. My husband and I had appointments back to back and they took us to do them at the same time instead. He was very formal and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He answered any and all questions I could even have before I even asked. Even explaining the instruments he was using in detail. He had also done amazing with my daughter at an appointment previously.
