I called to have a ceiling fan fixed, they said $100 bucks over the phone. The repairman arrived and made it seem like it was a major electrical issue and wanted $350. I said "No Way"! So I bought a new Ceiling Fan to be installed. He charged me $220. This is called "Bait & Switch". Beware!
