Had an excellent experience with this place. I dealt mostly with Ariel but everyone there was really helpful. The new displays came programmed with everything I needed to just connect and mount them. Ariel even sent me pinouts of for the harness I needed to tap into. I am actively looking for more projects like this because they made it so easy.
First off, all the guys there are top notch gentleman. I went there because my speedometer is off. They didn't run 1 diagnostic but 2!!! Ariel gave me a breakdown of what the issue was with the car and answered all my questions. I just wished I could take my truck and the wife's care there for all my servicing needs (oil changes, tune ups, aftermarket parts, etc). Phenomenal service. These guys deserve top dollar. No BS.
As a business owner, I know the difficulties with making sure the customer get exactly what they need. I have never had a company so responsive to my questions and willingness to work with me after the sale to insure everything worked as it should. With their help, we updated the dash and senders on our 4270 Cruisers Yachts with Cat diesels. They also instructed us how to add boost and EGT to the display. Great support and great products. Excellent customer service. Ordered replacement gauges for a twin engine , twin helm, setup and installation went smoothly. Had some questions along the way and staff was very accommodating. An incorrect synchronizer was supplied and the return and exchange process was painless. Very satisfied with Lauderdale Speedometer. Ariel is the kingpin there and she is great !!
