I bought a Veratron VMH35 kit for my boat, which came with a defective wire harness from the manufacturer. Due to the lack of customer care and responsibility from Veratron, the retailer stepped up and provided replacement parts, even though the issue originated with the manufacturer. Well recommended. Had an excellent experience with this place. I dealt mostly with Ariel but everyone there was really helpful. The new displays came programmed with everything I needed to just connect and mount them. Ariel even sent me pinouts of for the harness I needed to tap into. I am actively looking for more projects like this because they made it so easy.
As a business owner, I know the difficulties with making sure the customer get exactly what they need. I have never had a company so responsive to my questions and willingness to work with me after the sale to insure everything worked as it should. With their help, we updated the dash and senders on our 4270 Cruisers Yachts with Cat diesels. They also instructed us how to add boost and EGT to the display. Great support and great products. Ariel Marquez is an electronics wizard. Over the course of multiple calls and in person help at the counter, he guided me to an amazing solution to make my old boat look new. See the video, attached, of my 23 year old analog Cummins engine. He had to work very hard to teach me about the correct sending units and parameters to enter into the display.
