Never sent a bill for $56.67, but sure enough had a Law Firm send me a letter with a pay pal link to pay...I have insurance and an HSA account, no issue paying just send a bill. Also, good luck getting someone to pick up the phone.
I give a 1 star cause of billing. I am a veteran who has 100% VA so I am referred to a doctor with the VA as responsible for the bill. Cause they sent the bill with improper authorization numbers and refused to fix paperwork. They instead sent me a bill and expected me to pay it instead of doing their job. If you decide to accept a insurance than do the job and quit applying pressure to the veteran. So disrespectful and will not use this company again.
