I joined the Moose in Pompano Beach, possibly 20 minutes from Lauderdale Lakes Moose. I was greatly impressed first off with the greeting I received the first few moments of walking in the front door. Well, what a wonderful group this Moose has I realized quick. Everyone recognizes you and presents a greeting or acknowledgement nod or gesture. Truly - a sincere nice group of people - sad that it caught me off guard. After being invited 2 times by Katie and George, who are members, I finally joined with two other neighbors Sunday at the Tiki bar/BBQ function. I'd like to thank Donna Hale for making me feel welcome as a "newbie". Everyone seems very social and I'm looking forward to meeting more members and making new friends. Thanks to all of you.
