I’ve dealt with enough service advisors to know that most of them make the whole experience painful. Alby is the exception. Straightforward, efficient, and genuinely looking out for you. No unnecessary upsells, no runaround, no games. Every time I bring my car in, he makes the process seamless and gets me out the door fast. I brought my 93 yr old mother here to get her BMW serviced that was leaking coolant. We were met by Jonathan in the service department that explained the process to determine the leaking location. After dropping off car we communicated with Jonathan via a Holman text messaging app and he sent us a video walk through showing the underside of the vehicle and location of the leak. Price seemed fair for the amount of hours involved. Would definitely recommend this shop for service.
