I called Scott with a serious problem I had with a condemned boiler and problem tenants. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable on the phone and had promised me he would sort it out. Tenant had refused access, but agreed a certain date which was confirmed with Scott. He didn’t turn up, nor did he even call the tenant. He has not answered my messages or phone calls. This has caused me major problems, and on reading some of his reviews, looks like he does this quite a lot.Â
Called Scott to fix my water heater fast and efficient service at a great price would recommend highly and will definitely use again.Â
