When you read reviews on a businesses website, don't believe them! I read a review that said he could get this reviewer who said he got a free water heater after having the water heater for years and that Lauder got them to honor the warranty well I brought it up, the tech took the sticker off my water heater without asking me if it's ok which I thought was very disrespectful!
