Highly unprofessional provider, unfortunately. It took me and my client several months to get the TruTone electrolarynx since he did not have enough money, and we were applying for help from a non-profit organization. My client has Parkinson's disease, which complicated the use of the electrolarynx when it finally came. The service here is always professional courteous, genuine, helpful and at times very leinent and patient.I am a long time client of Mr.Jim Lauder and he has truly been a life saver for me.
