Took my father who had dementia and they were good and patient with him ( this was a good while ago, perhaps two years ago).

Not happy with their claimed offers they said 100 off for private health member when I checked same frame and same lenses with other shops in that shopping mall there was no 100 off when they calculate the final price! Just cheating!!!
What can I say.... the best optometrist I have ever been to in my entire life! I have had encounters with all staff and absolutely blew my expectations of my experience there every single time I visit which has been almost weekly for just over a month with another appointment next week.
