Staying here now and I gotta say SAVE YOUR MONEY. This is a 3 star hotel for 5 star prices. All services are understaffed and lacking. They force you to use their valet and pay for it but then you have to wait forever for your car and half the time we just ended up parking or getting our car ourselves. We tried to leave early in the morning for a hike but had to wait 10 mins for the car and walk around the cold and dark lot with the valet who kept complaining that he couldn’t find our car because they don’t mark which spot t... read more

The room, cabin with a view, has very comfortable beds. The view is second to non. Large picture windows opening up to the red rocks. There was even a telescope provided. Nice large deck to relax outside. Jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower really seal the deal for a 5star experience. The restaurant is excellent. Service across the property is excellent. The activities like yoga and sound bath are led by a yogi who is so inspiring. We loved relaxing by the river after a long hike and watching the ducks.
Please read the recent reviews before booking. Unfortunately I didn’t. Do yourself a favor and go to enchantment or ambiente. If you are looking for a 5 star experience go there, auberge is competing at the 2 star level
The staff is “friendly” but not in a genuine way, more of a snobby, pretentious way. The management over-all was mediocre. We stayed a few nights and the rooms were nice but not what you’d expect for a “luxury resort”. I was appalled that they had cheap one ply tissue and toilet paper. If we’re paying top prices for a room, I’d at least expect quality, soft tissue and TP.. They also don’t disclose that a cancellation at their by the Creek restaurant is $35/person.
