Amazing hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and the facilities were well maintained. I would definitely come back.
The banquet team at L’Auberge made Hannah & Hunter’s welcome dinner such a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Joe, Anggie, and Henry for being so attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to work alongside. Their communication willingness to jump in wherever needed made my job as the planner so much easier. It’s clear they care deeply about creating an exceptional guest experience, and it absolutely showed throughout the evening. I’m always grateful to partner with banquet teams that operate with such excellence!
They add additional charges that are not yours, and if you contact customer service, they are unhelpful. It’s been almost 4 months contacting them with no resolution still. It’s so rude. The spa receptionist is pushy for a 25%+ tip and was a bit standoffish. We refused and only tipped 20%, which I usually do more, but the massage was nothing exceptional. The service was really poor relative to expectations, save the valet team that was excellent. Sometimes the service was bogglingly bad, like waiting 20 minutes to be sat for breakfast while 4-5 staff idle and chat, or requests for a functional room phone neglected despite frequent requests.
