I stayed at L’Auberge de Sedona (a Hilton SLH property), and the experience was disappointing overall. The location is great, and the valet staff were friendly, but service from the front desk and restaurant was lacking. Despite Hilton Gold status, I was denied a room upgrade and late checkout while upgraded rooms still appeared available online, which raised concerns about transparency. My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding in Sedona. L’Auberge was a great venue for our rehearsal dinner and reception. We held the rehearsal at their creekside dining location and the reception at their garden terrace. Both locations were equally beautiful but provided variety for the two events. The food was delicious, and the service was incredible. The Banquets team of Anggie, Joe, Henry, Aaron, Douglas, and Mary was extremely professional and kind. My friend and I visited for the day for a relaxing spa day. Gus provided the most spectacular massage! The facial was amazing as well. The spa area and pool provided a very accommodating and calming aesthetic. The property in general, was clean quiet as well.
Incredible time at the resort. Also the service is top tier. Christian at the pool provided one of the best service experiences we’ve experienced and truly is an expert in hospitality. Thank you for making our day wonderful!
