We stayed two nights (party of 6) in the Cliff View Suites, and our stay was exceptional. I’m specifically writing to commend Celine at the front desk, who genuinely went above and beyond. I travel for a living and stay in a lot of fine hotels, and Celine’s approach to customer service and her positive attitude were honestly the best I have EVER experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and at the valet parking. After checking in, we drove up to the upper level, where the valet staff were already waiting for us. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. In the morning, we enjoyed breakfast by the creek, followed by feeding the ducks. It was such a peaceful and lovely way to start the day. There is valet parking only with a 69.34 parking fee. There is also a resort fee of 49.88, destination assessment, state tourism tax,and American Express fee. There's no ice machine so it took 1.5 hours to get ice to my room. The coffee macine didn't work. If you book with Hilton for more than one day, they make you check out and check back in the next day charging you another 350 incidental fee. The value for your money doesn't match. Even though it was nice, Never again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at L’Auberge de Sedona for a birthday trip! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the celebration even more special. Stayed at the Cliffs part of the resort and had the best views of Sedona.
