We wished we didn't have to come back home, due to a very relaxing & inviting Hotel Stay

Every thing was great, but your Lead front desk host need lessons on how to have better bed side manners!!! Very rude and unprofessional! The day was 4/26/26 at 12 noon. Her name is Maikayla- not sure I’m spelling it correctly, but sure you can figure out who i am talking about.
