I was in the process of changing insurance companies after being with one for years. I contacted Rupp Insurance for a quote and right from the beginning they were very helpful. Comparing insurance quotes is not easy for the average person however Melanie was so patient and understanding, she helped explained things to me in ways differently than other agents have in the past. I felt comfortable in my dealings with her and Rupp insurance overall.
If I could leave a 0 star I would . The representative Lucas Immediately made an attempt to contact me after I had an interest thru Ramsey the guy that advertised better auto insurance. This guy waits roughly 2 weeks to get my information because I was relocating for 4 months. Once I gave him all my information he said he would get back with me on a qoute within 2 days, now 2 days turned into a month. I am highly dissatisfied with his useless work ethics.
