If I could leave a 0 star I would . The representative Lucas Immediately made an attempt to contact me after I had an interest thru Ramsey the guy that advertised better auto insurance. This guy waits roughly 2 weeks to get my information because I was relocating for 4 months. Once I gave him all my information he said he would get back with me on a qoute within 2 days, now 2 days turned into a month. I am highly dissatisfied with his useless work ethics. Changed to Lauber because they saved me $800 per year. On top of that, the customer service is top knotch.
Awesome group of people with great rates and coverage. It was time for us to shop for new insurance and we are thankful we came across Lauber Insurance. I previously worked on the home reconstruction side of insurance loss and I saw way too many people underinsured. Needless to say, I'm a bit intense about our homeowners insurance! :) Lucas was amazing at handling all my extra questions and intensity about coverage!!
Lauber Insurance has always been easy for me to work with and they have been helpful trying to keep costs under control.
Have had very good experiences with Laubers. Very very few claims which we are glad for.. They are always looking out for out best coverage we need.
