I went here for help with cystic and hormonal acne and felt like I was treated more like a customer than a patient. Instead of offering meaningful medical treatment, they pushed their own expensive skincare products, which did absolutely nothing for my acne. I switched to a different dermatologist and was finally given an evidence-based treatment plan that actually worked. The difference in quality of care was night and day.
