He was my Dr in the nursing home. He was adequate.
I was calling to schedule a new patient appointment and was unable to get through for over 20 mins when I did get through they hanged up on me. I called the office back twice but they just kept hanging up the phone. Theres no voicemail either so I was unable to leave a message for a call back.
I was very sick after Christmas 2019 with a sinus infection, strep throat and urinary tract infection. Dr. Lau treated me promptly and in two days I was on my way back to normal. He was very kind and professional, as was his staff.
He does not deserve this one star. I took my mother to DeSoto Regiinal ER, after a wreck. Dr. Lau beside manner was terrible. He didn't want to listen to the way she felt. When asked what her pain score was, she told him. He then proceed to ask her so you look like this (the pain faces on the wall). He was condescending and very rude. After talking to the guy that had the accident with my mother, he all but called her a lie about who hit whom.
