What a horrible experience would never go back extremely condescending. He should retire his medical expertise is shocking.
Rude and useless. Call first and witness it for yourself. He made lots of assumptions without asking questions and seemed frustrated that I had even called to make an appointment. Terrible phone etiquette and didn’t want to deal with the basic treatment for a back injury.
