Dr. Lau has been our family doctor for over 30 years. Very thorough and always makes an effort to see you asap. Cynthia runs the office with efficiency.
I have had the pleasure and privilege of having Dr Eunice Lau as my Doctor for 30 years.I brag about her constantly, especially when I hear the horror stories from other people about them having to wait months to see their Doctor.I have always been able to see her within hours of calling. Dr Lau and staff are amazing, thorough and dedicated to her patients and profession. She has always addressed my family's needs and accommodated us. This is why she has wait times and why I don't mind them. She has gone above and beyond, especially since covid.
Dr Lau has been my family doctor from before I was born. She's the worst doctor I've ever encountered, she has mixed me and my sisters medical history up, hasn't returned my family's calls in months but we know they're selectively choosing calls because she won't return my mother's calls however will get in contact with my older sister. She has dismissed my injuries and said I'm just imaging them; I approached her about feeling depressed and she dismissed that as well knowing that my family has a history of depression.
