Very helpful with my problem. The bike had an indicator light that was showing a fault. CJ took care of things and took the bike right in. Fixed quickly and much appreciated!
This review is for the parts department only. You sold me the wrong oil filter for my 15 thruxton. When I brought it in to get the correct filter, you had no idea which filter was needed for my bike. Your excuse was that triumphs website did not provide that information, the only way to find out would be to provide the VIN#. The sales staff are great; however, it was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I had an appointment for a recall and had the misfortune of dealing with Karl. He was rude to my wife and I; he also rolled his eyes and acted disrespectful towards the mechanics when they asked him questions. We waited 45 minutes on a 30 minute recall; we then found out they didn’t have the right part and would have to come back. Great dealer, very friendly staff! I've been in a few times while shopping and they let me take a few bikes for a test ride. Not sure if I'm going to end up with the Triumph but if I do decide on it over the other brands I'll be very happy to deal with these guys! The have an excellent customer relations attitude and an impressive service department.
