Imagine having the world's greatest leasing agent. The best maintenance crew and the most reliable community available in corpus christi. Then also imagine that they will do everything in their conceivable power to charge you as much money as possible for moving out. They will nickle and dime you like other reviews have said. Ps. What property doesn't have one single dumpster available outside the one compactor at the front of the property?
LatTwenty7 truly felt like home for us during our transition from selling our house to finding a new place. My husband and I stayed for six months, and the experience was wonderful. Was going to leave a good review, but the move out process was a horrible experience. We paid 1000 dollars in pet deposits, then were charged to change the carpets. What is a pet deposit for if not that? We also were fined 1 week before move out for a first time trash violation because we placed a second bag on the ground next to the can. We were fined 20 dollars to ~dust~ a ceiling fan. I had the most amazing experience with finding my first townhome my neighbors are amazing and lat twenty 7 management are so kind and very helpful especially when my husband and I we’re starting to search for a townhome a year ago and the move in process was stress free with lat twenty7
