Took my Motorhome to Lattuca's for state inspection, generator maintenance and 15K mile chassis service. Had an appointment, dropped off the day before and work was finished the next day at a fair price.
Excellent Service, had an emergency with my cargo trailer, brakes failed one one axle. Great Job, to me in immediately, checked out others, did not try to me sell parts I did not need. Awesome Service, Highly Recommend this place!!!!
After getting ghosted by AAA Central Penn Roadside, I called Lattuca's and they came right out to get me towed to a shop. Great price for towing a heavy box truck and prompt.
Rough first impression. I called Lattuca's a few days ago to inquire about getting my mom's car getting towed from a local dealer to a repair center near her home. When I called Lattuca's the sense of good and decent customer service faded immediately. You're not greeted with a "hello", "how are you?", or even the NAME of the company you're calling - as one might expect. Instead you'll get an abrupt 'Where's the pick up?'
