Last Friday I had the pleasure of getting my hair wash, cut and styled by Michelle. I came in on a Saturday morning to have my hair styled for wedding re-do photoshoot. The owner Alicia did my hair and it was flawless. It also held together for two days which was incredible. I’m so grateful!

They phoned me half an hour before my scheduled appt and cancelled me. They told me my stylist "couldn't make it in". They didn't offer to have someone else step in and look after me....even at a different time. Good thing I wasn't half way there (example driving from Barrie or another far away location). They did offer me 20% off my next appt, which didn't really cut it. I would expect 50% off for that kind of stunt.
