Booked an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted just to find out that the receptionist actually didn’t book me in. When I called to inquire I was hung up on randomly.

Loved this place but i dont think ill be going back.. they messed up my hair once but it wasnt my usual person so i was able to move passed it.... but i cant this time. I asked for wolfcut and i walked out with hair in the back being fine ish but the side and front are essentialling a bowl cut. And before even touching my hair cause i have curly hair, i ASKED if it was a cut a should do and if not it would have been fine but NO. They told me itd be fine and its not!! Sadly they have lost a 10+ year customer..
