This hair saloon is a high quality place. Excellent service , everybody is so friendly and overall Naomi is an amazing stylist. She listens, understands and works with real precision.. I always leave feeling like myself.
Waad did an amazing job with my hair! She was fast, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what would work best. She styled my hair beautifully, and I absolutely loved the results. On top of that, she was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Waad to anyone looking for a talented and professional hairstylist!
Janice saved my life this morning! 😻😻😻 Yesterday, I went to another salon and came out with bangs that were completely butchered. For a woman, hair is your crown, and I spent the whole morning in tears. I finally worked up the courage to call l’Attitudes at The Pen Centre — there was no way I could face work like that. The receptionist was so kind and understanding, and she booked me with Janice immediately. I left her chair feeling confident and beautiful again. Thank you, sweetheart. I’ll absolutely be back.
My daughter recently attended this salon. She went in asking for highlights. She had taken black salon hair dye out of her hair previously and was a dark brown with red undertone. She signed a “waiver” agreeing that the highlights she would receive may not be to her satisfaction as the stylist wasn’t sure she could do the job. My daughter paid $300 to come home looking the exact same as she had when she left home. She was crying and upset that there was ZERO change.
