So thankful for the excellent healthcare I receive from Dr. Maggio and the PA’s. The office staff is extremely helpful. Everyone I have interacted with is professional, knowledgeable and caring.
They have been good to my family. Folks will complain that they called and they could not be seen. I have not had that problem. If I ever were to experience that, I would realize that they were suddenly inundated with calls and emergencies. That happens with ANY service providers. Please, just think about it. Folks will complain that they ask too many questions. How are they going to properly diagnose a patient unless they DO ask? There are good folks at Lattimore who help their patients.
Completely agree with Nelle Roche’s review. This practice was recommended by my husbands family when we moved to Rochester, several people in my family, including myself go here and we will all be switching.
Stay away from this practice if you have a choice. We have been patients since 1999 when we moved to Rochester. We see Dr. Maggio once a year for our annual exam. If we need medical care during the year, which is rare for us, we see someone on his staff, which we have learned to accept as medical practices have evolved. Today I called for an appointment for an infected eyelid, and was told there were no appointments available today, to call back tomorrow morning, “they had booked up very quickly this morning”.
