I came to Lattimore after dislocating my shoulder for a second time, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Justin Torres was incredibly methodical in his approach — every session had a clear purpose, and I could feel steady improvement week after week. It’s clear he’s a true master of his craft. Thanks to his guidance, my shoulder feels stronger and more stable than ever. this place seems to focus on high school athletes. I am not at all athletic and I spent the whole session confused and ignored. My first visit I was given a list of exercises which I didn't really understand and I did half of them wrong. My second visit I didn't know what to expect and the guy told me to use the treadmill 10 minutes and just walked away. I skipped breakfast and had no idea I was expected to do cardio. I canceled my next appointment and never went back.
