Bought double wide a yr ago- CLEARLY THEY PUT LIPSTICK ON A PIG! THE electric is a mess, the roof started loosing shingles, furnace went out right away. They use cheap materials to redo the interior, flooring started to tear within 4 mos, kitchen counter cracked in 3 Mos! RUN- DON'T WALK!! Buy a For sale by owner!!! You will be further ahead!

Bought a house from these guys and they were great until delivery. They didn't even do half of the job. They unhooked their truck and just left. Leaving my house only a couple feet from the road. Whenever I tried to call afterwards to get this resolved they ignored my phone calls. Where they put my house after confirming where they needed to set it was within limits to get me fined. Their office associate Calvin was very nice and kind and helpful. But their delivery services need more work.
