Today, my husband and I treated our two toddlers to a hair washing and braiding appointment with Danayshia. The experience was exceptional; she demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding, accommodating our children's restlessness with grace and ensuring their comfort throughout the process. Worst experience and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered. Made an appointment for my son the day before Thanksgiving for 2pm. The braider scheduled for his appointment double booked us and we didn't get to start our appointment until 5:00 pm. The sylist kept saying "oh, I thought your appointment was at 2:30" but again, the appointment didn't start until 5pm and we didn't leave until 7:30pm... the day before Thanksgiving.
