Had the worst experience imaginable at Latrobe Valley Truck Repairs. took a vehicle there for RWC. recieved a phone call from Mitchell who works there advising he had sent an email and invoice. i asked what the items were for RWC and he refused to advise. i went to their workshop. clinton the owner was not there and hung up my call. mitchell ordered me off the premises and refused payment. i have never experienced such poor behaviour from a business the car still remains with them despite them being requested by the police t... read more

Amazing - took my Toyota coaster that had to be towed there as it was in limp mode to them. My coaster is an import with a DPF system that most mechanics pretend they understand but end up making worse. These guys not only took my vehicle despite having a jam packed schedule but actually diagnosed the problem and fixed it to such a high standard. My vehicle drives better than ever. I went for a brake adjustment. He used a hammer and screwdriver. Drove off, in town had brakes, in the hills l'm pumping them and having to use gears. l finally found another mechanic. The mechanic without knowing the history said, 'someone's used a hammer and screwdriver on the adjuster and broken one of the teeth on the gears'. Then he said, 'it's been adjusted in the wrong direction that's why you don't have brakes'. 30+ clicks back and 3 times past the flat spot and l had brakes again. Rang up with a oil issue and they were able to see me straight away and help diagnose the problem and some other minor issues other mechanics failed to pick up , Awsome service
