Abused myself and my mum over the phone and refused to fix my roller shutters that cost me in total $14,200 to install..now my front door I can't get out of and my back door roller shutter doesn't go up or down and front door and side windows don't go up

Agree with you Mick.... 3 phone calls still no call back from them . They have terrible customer service !!!!. The 1 Star is too much.
Good at answering phone but that's it have to ring them over and over just to get quote done but never tell U when or show up terrible service
