Have been looking after a family member who has been seeing a doctor there for some time. Rita has a very urgent and complicated condition, which has been progressively deteriorating. I've been a patient at Latrobe Family Medical Practice for only a short while (since May 2025), and unfortunately I've had two individual instances where referrals were meant to be sent off in advance, which hasn't happened. One being a psychologist referral, which I had to follow up six weeks later with the actual centre. They advised they had not received any referral for myself, so I had followed this up with haste. Good luck if you need to see your GP with any urgency. Booked out for weeks and inflexible working hours.
Great staff, well-trained doctors, but they're almost always closed and their waiting list is incredibly long.
