Dr Koshy didn't listen or seem to take in my history. I have a history of eardrops drying on my tympanum, that required intervention for the outer ear. Instead I was given a script for an antibiotic for the middle ear- an antibiotic which I have had an allergic reaction (it's on my file). Have been looking after a family member who has been seeing a doctor there for some time. Rita has a very urgent and complicated condition, which has been progressively deteriorating. On leaving the hospital yesterday yet again(sun 16th), she realized one script was due( of grave importance to health).I just tried to acquire a script for her this morning. I've been a patient at Latrobe Family Medical Practice for only a short while (since May 2025), and unfortunately I've had two individual instances where referrals were meant to be sent off in advance, which hasn't happened. One being a psychologist referral, which I had to follow up six weeks later with the actual centre. They advised they had not received any referral for myself, so I had followed this up with haste.
