Terrible wait times, although friendly customer service from reception. The professionalism, the service, aswell as the dentists at this facility is disturbing, imagine you’re a teenage girl being self conscious about her smile, so you get help, wait weeks/months, you finally get there and you’re laughed at by your *dentist* told “why are you crying” and left your appointment in tears. Appalling behaviour.
Called and spoke to the dentist team about severe facial swelling due to a broken tooth which is usually considered an emergency?. They told me to just book in with my gp as they don’t accept people without a healthcare card. She was actually quite rude too when I was asking about the costs.
