Several appointments were canceled during my sons time with Ms. Graham typically with short notice. The last of which was canceled almost 10 minutes into the scheduled appointment time. All in all, I did not feel as though our time or business was valued.
Worst experience ever and I never even had an appointment. I could never actually speak with Ms. Latrina to answer any of my questions. My situation is very delicate so I wanted to be sure that I was comfortable. We played email tag for about a week before I could finally get an appointment scheduled.
