Though my condition was not life threatening, it was acute. Dr. Patterson diagnosed another condition and failed to treat acute issue. I had questions about medication and was told I’d have to make another appointment, which would have taken 4 weeks. Finally got a call back from the clinic **12 days** after original visit. At that point, I had visited a different practice; was treated for acute issue (with improvement within 2 days); and was told I did not need to start the lifelong medication Patterson had prescribed. Dr. Patterson took time to "get to know" me; she is very personable yet extremely professional; also, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and look forward to her being part of my medical team of Doctors for years to come!

Great Dr. Takes time with the patients. Very respectful, hears you out and makes sure to do testing. Also, the receptionists have nothing to do with the actual Drs ability to care for patients So when you put reviews on here about the receptionist that's just not ok. These are supposed to be reviews about the Drs ability to care for patients don't bring her review down because of a worker there. 🙄 Btw I don't work there and am not in healthcare btw. I'm a stay at home mom who homeschools and gets care from Dr Latoya.
CoHetta, I guess schedules the appointments? Either way she acted as if she had better things to do. She was rude and unprofessional, Why would anyone want to go somewhere they’re not welcomed. I’ll find another obgyn at a friendlier location. She shouldn’t be at anyones front desk . Janitorial work maybe a better option away from patients
