If you are looking for a hole-in-the-wall type of place, and you choose the right stylist, you can have a good experience here, but if you are expecting more upscale costumer service, don't waste your time. They do not have a receptionist and many times I've come in just to make an appointment and I've waited 20 to 30 minutes and wasn't even greeted upon coming in.
