Update. 2 years later he's still on the wait-list! Of course I've went with another company by now. Just the professionalism and the way the situation was handled is what I don't like about this company. Services were stop due to the company being short staffed. Then we received a call to resume services after 10 months of waiting and he was conveniently placed back on a waiting list?! When he was already there client for years!
My son had an assessment 10 months ago. I paid tons of co pays because they don't bill for just visits, but every time someone works on your child's paper work. Over 200$. After I paid all of my co pays, I never heard from them. I keep contacting them asking when he will be on their schedule and I'm told that he is on a waitlist. No one ever reaches out to me. It sounds like a scam and I'm thinking of contacting a lawyer. Charging people 4 or 5 times after a visit, and then never contacting them again is why I'm giving them ... read more
Latitude is a great learning establishment for kids in need of ABA Therapy. They are caring, loving, concerned individuals who take the utmost care in treating your child or children with behavior disorders.
Latitude is an amazing place to work! The supervisors have helped me learn so many amazing skills as I work through grad school and completing the requirements to be a BCBA. I have gotten to work with so many amazing families and clients!
Latitude has been a great place to work as a graduate student completing my Master's in ABA. During my time here, I have worked closely with the Clinical BCBA to learn how to effectively work with my clients. Latitude has been very accommodating in helping me get my 2,000 hours, and they have assisted with anything related to school that I have asked for. As a student, this is a great place to work and earn your hours. The kids and parents are fantastic as well.
