I just wanted to come on here and leave a new updated review! I was contacted by Latitude about past problems we’ve had with communication and the entire intake process. They admitted to our problems and have reached out to reconcile them. We were able to understand each other, figure out how the problems occurred, and explain the intake process in the way it should have happened! The staff is amazing, and the facility is beautiful. It is always very clean with lots of activities for the kids.
I live in Florida but needed help for a friend with Autism in MO. They gave me so much time and held my hand to make sure I was being directed in the right way.
Great customer service and really nice staff. They’re welcoming, helpful, and professional. The office is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience and a great impression!
