I got a random letter saying I owed almost $6000 but it didn't say what it was for. I had my home insurance investigate and they told my agent that they automatically pull insurance claims from another insurance company and try to get money for them. They had no evidence to support the claim they were trying to get money for, so they closed the file. This place is scuzzy. Don't ignore the letters, but be sure to investigate and ask for evidence and what not. Don't just pay blindly!!
Today I received a letter from this place claiming I owed $15,000 for a accident in the state of Michigan we don’t even live there or even been there they’re all bunch of jokes trying to scam us don’t fall for it.

If you have an insurance claim that gets assigned to this place, you might as well light it on fire. Every time I call for an update on my claim they tell me “it can be a long process” and have no detail they can provide past that. It doesn’t seem like anyone working at the company actually wants to help the people they are working for. A total shame insurance companies pass their customers off to them. My claim is 6 months old and nothing has changed.
Such a scam! I received a random letter stating I owe 4k with a $500 deposit. Weird how multiple reviews also received the same letter and amount. I’m referring this over to my attorney. Do not pay these people anything!
