Giving a shout out to Margaritaville WaterSound fins up center and especially instructor, Natalie Rogers. She is a brilliant instructor who always makes her classes fun, informative and beneficial. My husband and I have been taking her classes of chair yoga for a year. We also do Tai Chi with Natalie. We are in our 70s and find that Natalie’s classes have helped both of us with balance and strength. Thank you Natalie!
