My experience with Latitude, Inc. was disappointing from a neurodiversity standpoint. Communication and interview structure felt rigid and unsupportive of candidates who are neurodivergent. More awareness and flexibility would create a fairer, more inclusive process
Received a call from Matthew Grone from Latitude Inc. Was told I would receive a follow up same day. I have not received any follow up nor have my multiple attempts to reach back out to him and his team been succesful. For some reason everyone is always in a meeting. Stay clear from this staffing "solutions" company at all costs, they are terrible to work with and drop the ball continuously.
I was contacted by a recruiter at Latitude Inc. about an IT role and was excited to explore the opportunity. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response or updates. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I hope the company reviews its communication practices to better serve candidates
A recruiter from this company reached out to me regarding a position he thought I might be a match for, and we set up a call. Prior to the call he asked to reschedule it. I replied with my availability and then I never heard back from him. I thought he might have had an emergency, so I waited a few days and followed up- no response. This is extremely unprofessional, especially since he was the one who reached out to me in the first place. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
