Today was the, I kid you not, 3rd time I have shown up for an appointment and have been greeted with a locked door. Booking online is super simple and easy and has been the only reason I continue to go here, but now after the 3rd time making an online booking, to get there and the shop be closed again is beyond frustrating. Don’t just check the shop’s hours; call because the chances are they won’t be open and won’t have that information posted anywhere.
Despite recent medical issues, Amanda has been back at the shop, refusing to let a bum leg hold her back. She did a great job on my fade, friendly and good spirited as ever, and as always very professional. If there were more stars I'd give them to her too!!!
Booked online the day before. Showed up, shop was closed. Google shows open. Tried their phone number and went immediately to voicemail.
I booked an appointment through the shop's website. I drove 60 miles to get there. (This shop in Washington County, Maine - a very rural area). The shop was closed despite a sign on the door indicating it should have been open. I drove 60 miles home. I wasted gas, time, and didn't get a haircut.
