Dr. Zoya is fantastic! She always takes her time with us, answers all of our questions, and we never feel rushed. The office is spotless, and the staff and nurses are amazing with our kids. We’ve been coming here for about a year with our young children, and every visit has been a great experience. The team goes out of their way to make families feel comfortable. We love the clinic. Its well-equipped, and very well maintained. Everyone on the staff has been incredibly friendly and polite, and we barely spent any time in the waiting room. The doctor was attentive and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, which I really appreciated. I also love being able to send messages and receive prompt responses whenever I have concerns. As a parent, that level of communication means a lot. The entire staff is incredibly friendly knowledgeable and the OIT program is comprehensive and effective. The office in White Plains is very kid friendly, we highly recommended.
If you’re thinking about going here, DO IT. It will be one of the best decision you’ve made. After seeing more than FIVE allergists and being told our son would likely face lifelong allergies with strict avoidance, finding Latitude changed everything.
