Look Else Where!!! My husband and I applied for an apartment at Latitude Five on or about September 20th. I talked to the leasing manager several times and extensively about what we were looking for. If I could give it less than one star I would. Staff put all of their time and energy into decorating the lobby and the model homes. When they give you the keys to your place it doesn’t look anything like the model and you’re basically on your own from there on out. I spent months without heat working and without air conditioning working. There were months that I didn’t have hot water and the elevator didn’t work. It’s slightly post apocalyptic. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else. Mice destroyed my property, our neighbors kept giving us cockroaches and bedbugs, needles everywhere, our floor constantly smelled like weed, drunk neighbors causing problems everywhere, no AC the whole time we lived there which was 3 years, hot water was out a day or two almost every week, no heat all winter for 2 years, elevators breaking down all the time, no service elevator so some furniture doesn't fit, dogs going to the bathroom in stair wells and on balconies, gym equipment... read more
Poorly managed I had to break my lease early because the conditions were substandard for comfortable living. The heat didn't work for half of the winter, and we were compensated with a tiny space heater. The a/c didn't work for over half of the summer (which killed my pet) and some were compensated with a small area window cooler which did not fit my unit. No maintenance Since i have moved here in October, i have recieved fair customer service but poor maintenance, a serious lack of regard for tenants, and blatant disregard to emergency situations.I had a pet (chinchilla) die because ther environmental controls were faulty for too long, my other 2 pets (dogs) were given away for this reason. Ther elevators being inoperable for months gave me potential longterm health issues that i am addressing now. A very unsatisfactory stay. I will be terminating my lease early.
Home I lived here for a little over a year it definitely has his ups and downs but the front office staff works as hard as they possibly can to address issues I still have some things that need to be addressed however I've never felt more welcome or at home
Warning do not move here I’ve moved in here for about 4 months ago and since I’ve came I wanted so much to move out The elevators are broken...you have to walk up 15flights of steps to get to your room ..I feel really bad for the people and elderly who can’t really walk and that lives here...the management won’t do anything to help There are bugs hear as well I was laying down and I found and roach crawling around and there are mice and rats you can see the traps next to the entrance...
