Worst Place To Live And Very Rude Property Managers And Staff!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Needs to be shut down!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t even consider looking at the apartments it’s not worth all the stress. They don’t care about you or anything you have to say. Nor fix any issues with this place, they just feed you lies.
Best to below average When I moved here, it was very clean and quiet. Spring of 2021 was nice. We could open windows and experience the beauty of Columbus. It is now sometimes scary at best.
Why didnt i listen to the reviews?!?! The amenities are a lie. Ben living here for a year and the basketball court & fitness center haven't been opened. Roaches run the place. Shootings right outside in the parking lot. People getting stabbed. Rent be hiked up, don't listen to them. Elevators break down constantly. There is a homeless person living in the stairwell!!!! Please listen to the reviews, you will HATE yourself of you don't. Period.
run away This is the worst place to live, it’s dirty, you can’t control your own air or heat, we can’t use the basketball court, the elevator stops working sometimes, it’s just bad bad bad
I have lived here for two years and the only thing I like is the elevator. In the summer there is no air conditioning I complain every day even had my doctor write up a excuse saying I have COPD and asthma. The two months before summer was over they give me a damn portable air-conditioning for my living room only like that's where I was going to sleep. Truth about These Apartments strong smell of chemicals or paint thinner, rude neighbors that blare music, fire department here almost every week, ac or elevators break down often, sometimes no hot water, management doesn't really tell you much of anything

Do not live here. I have been living here 3 months, i am currently living in this place and so far the worst management I have experienced. Assistant manager there named lisa is super rude, very unprofessional. Finished pest management three times since we moved in and I still see cockroaches in my place. My electricities in my entire house had been out since last week and called maintenance several times but hasn't gotten anything fixed.
