Great company to deal with. Contacted Sam by phone who came out and provided a quote on short notice with the work completed shortly after. The job was for three connecting fences with a combination of timber & colourbond. Sam was very polite and easily contactable. Both the service & quality of the workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended Latitude.
Sam and his team installed a new timber fence and sliding gate for us. They worked neatly and efficiently delivering everything as discussed with great communication along the way. We had obtained three quotes and Sam was very fair on price and we're very glad that the quality of the work wasn't compromised. I would gladly recommend Latitude Fencing and Gates in the future!
We invited Sam Thai and his team to come and install a new colourbond fence and gate in September 2023 with invoice 351 with the promise of two years warranty. After the job was largely done, we had to chase after them for all defects and incomplete areas by giving them info and photos. His staff came a few times without completing everything and kept putting it off until I phoned them again in Oct last year. Sam would not answer my calls nor respond to my e-mails until recently.
