RUN AWAY!!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of headache. Do NOT hire!! There’s two guys running the show, both named Jorge. Jorge Taubkin (the bad guy) is the laziest person and a big liar. He’s the owner of the company and the guy dealing with permits and the finance side. He’s a fraud. He doesn’t pay his workers, he takes forever to pull permits and never answers his phone. He’s always “in a meeting” when you try to talk to him.
