I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Latitude Condominiums. The property management company is absolutely horrible—communication is non-existent, and they do nothing to address the many issues here. Despite paying high HOA dues, the grounds are poorly maintained, and basic amenities are in disrepair. The indoor jacuzzi has been broken for months, and the "gym" is a joke—multiple pieces of equipment are completely unusable/broken.
