0 stars if possible, disgusting undercooked food every day, spoiled milk. Half the fire camp has food poisoning and we would rather spend our own money eating fast food or jerky from the gas station. They’re also the ones who spread ecoli on the dragon bravo fire last year.
I’ve had this catering company’s “food” on multiple wildland fire incidents. More than once, I’ve been fed Dino nuggets or expired sandwiches or undercooked meat. These practices are absolutely unacceptable given that they are under contract by the government, and funded by taxpayers, to provide firefighters with healthy food.
Horrible food.
