I’m working the fire at the Grand Canyon Dragon Bravo fire. This catering company has no regard for the fire crew or camp workers. The evidence is in the food. Pork and chicken are always under cooked. The quality can only be resolved by peptide bismol and antacids. They make it very evident that the quality that can only be described as two week old garbage is ok with them. Please remove from catering list .
If I could give this place less than one stars I would. I work wildfires, and am currently working the dragon bravo fire on the Grand Canyon. For as big and hard as this fire is, you would expect caterers to genuinely care about the quality of food that they are giving firefighters and emergency response personnel.
