I have had the worst experience living here. The building itself is cheaply thrown together with thin walls, windows and doors that are poorly sealed, &inconsiderate &rude neighbors. In the months I have lived here there have been 5 inspections for all apartments. The most recent one mandated inspection of all rooms which is an invasion of privacy. They will fine you for any little thing, but when I have had real issues (bugs and noise complaints with neighbors for WEEKS on end), they were of no real help in providing a solu... read more
I lived here 3 years. I saw 2 different management companies own the grounds. It went downhill with PLK. It’s dirty. The common areas/ entrances/ hallways/ elevators- dirty. It’s only “cleaned” once a week- even during covid. The stairwells are disgusting. The carpets are stained. The people living there are dirty and ruthless considering it’s $1500 rent.
