I have had the worst experience living here. The building itself is cheaply thrown together with thin walls, windows and doors that are poorly sealed, &inconsiderate &rude neighbors. In the months I have lived here there have been 5 inspections for all apartments. The most recent one mandated inspection of all rooms which is an invasion of privacy. They will fine you for any little thing, but when I have had real issues (bugs and noise complaints with neighbors for WEEKS on end), they were of no real help in providing a solu... read more
I lived here 3 years. I saw 2 different management companies own the grounds. It went downhill with PLK. It’s dirty. The common areas/ entrances/ hallways/ elevators- dirty. It’s only “cleaned” once a week- even during covid. The stairwells are disgusting. The carpets are stained. The people living there are dirty and ruthless considering it’s $1500 rent. RecommendedThe folks at Latitude are very helpful and customer oriented. My experience with this company has been stress free and professional. The team kept me well informed during the leasing process and their web interface has been top notch when it comes to signing documents and paying deposits and application fee. I highly recommend Latitude at Deerfield if you are looking for a luxury apartment with nice finishes, clean grounds, nice amenities, and professional staff.
Moved from Colorado to Ohio in about 30 days notice and the Lattitude team has been AMAZING! They made my move the least stressful move I’ve ever had! I love the apartments, and the community. 100/10 would recommend to anyone! Even during this coronavirus they have gone above and beyond for me getting a pet and making sure everything is taken care of.
