I had an issue with my dryer so I called maintenance due to some of the tumblers breaking off. They said the damage was so much that they had to buy a new dryer and charge me for it. When those parts are sold separately and are easy to fix. The management said they contacted dryers manufacturer also which if they had would of know the easy fix. There is no resolution to any issues. I reached out to that email.....no response.....called the number for corporate and no response back.....the manager didn't even reply to the las... read more
I have been living at this property for the past two years and the new manager Josh has come in and provided me with such a great experience with customer service and politeness. I’m very excited to see the change that he will bring to the property and community. Thank you Josh for you help with everything.
Had the opportunity to tour this complex. The apartments looked clean and the staff was welcoming. I even got to talk to the new on site property manager who was more than informative. Exceeded my expectations!!
Beautiful complex! Amazing Amenities! These apartments are beautiful! Finally, upscale living at a price I can afford! Joshua went out of his way to make me feel like I was home. Thank you Joshua, you’re amazing!!
Latitude has great amenities perfect for those who work from home! The coffee lounge is a great way to get out of the apartment and have a nice space to work. Having the luxury of a gym on site, as well as concierge is also a big plus. Management and maintenance are top notch.
