I recently transferred to a different apartment and during the move out process my ledger was coincidentally increased nearly 800 dollars leaving me with a $1,939 bill from jetty. The assistant manager Galen told me that my ledger was revised by the manager Karina Rodriguez to match what was already paid to jetty since they don’t do refunds. He also said that my balance was zero and jetty won’t charge me the 1,939 (Which is false). I moved out of this apartment complex after living here for 3 years. The office staff will not only lie to you, they will bill you for unnecessary fees when you move out. Management never gave any consequences to noisy neighbors when we complained. They didn’t do enough to keep the property clean for all residents. I tried to speak with the manager about our concerns and nothing was ever done. Cleanliness was a huge part of why we chose this apartment.
